The citizen attention service is a new project that is carried out by the County Council of Cehegín as a meeting point or starting point between the municipal administration and citizens, for simplifying the fulfilment of their managements.
This administrative agency, as a public service, intends to be useful as an intermediary between themselves, trying a greater closeness between the County Council and its citizens.
To do this, Cehegín County Council, has decided to modernize their information systems and to incorporate new technologies that bring citizen closer to municipal management with the provision of higher quality information service and appropiate to the current society.
Definitely, it is about responding those enquiries that citizen pose to the Administration, it satisfies the varied information request, to give professional advice to them about how to obtain municipal servicies and the different social and cultural aspects in the city and to process their claims, complaints and/or suggestions giving them direct and personalized treatment manners.
In a short space of time, we will offer you the possibility to communicate us any anomaly about:
- Street lighting
- Street furniture
- Sewer system
- Parks and gardens
- Litter bins
- Road surface
- Furniture collection, etc.
In addition, citizen service´s competences will be increased when it is integrated with the Electronic Administration solution. At the moment, you can also receive information about each administrative proceedings and procedures and you can consult how is your proceedings applications.
